Who is responsible for your data
This site is operated under the brand Berht Editions by Avos Ventures LLC, a limited liability company formed in the United States.

What data we collect

We do not keep our own database. What is recorded when you buy or download stays in Payhip, where we look it up to help you. We do not ask for sensitive data on the site; please do not include it in your messages.
About your religious beliefs
Our products have Christian content. Buying or downloading one may suggest your religious beliefs, which many laws treat as sensitive data. That is why this site uses no tracking pixels, we do not use your data for advertising based on your beliefs, and we do not sell or share buyer lists.

These rights are recognized, depending on where you live, by Dominican Law 172-13, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California law (CCPA/CPRA). We give everyone the same treatment, wherever they live.

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No system is 100% secure, so please do not send sensitive information through these channels.
Links and third-party services
The site links to Payhip and to social networks (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook). Each has its own privacy and cookie policy, and we do not control what they do with your data. We recommend reading them.

If we update this policy, we will change the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know. For questions or complaints, write to berhteditions@outlook.com. If you feel we did not handle your request, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.
