We want you to know before you pay what is refunded and what is not. This policy applies to purchases from Berht Editions, a brand operated by Avos Ventures LLC.

Digital products
Digital products are delivered immediately and are not refundable once downloaded or access is activated. We make exceptions if:
- The file is corrupted or will not open, and we do not fix it within 7 days.
- You bought the same product twice by mistake.
- The product is substantially different from its description.
You must request it within 7 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Write to berhteditions@outlook.com with the subject "Refund" and include your name, the purchase email and the reason. We reply within 5 business days. If approved, the money returns through the same payment method in about 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or the platform. Purchases made on Payhip also follow its rules.
If you have a problem, write to us before starting a dispute with your bank or card. We almost always solve it faster.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit the non-waivable rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
