What we offer

• Digital products: journals, devotionals and guided studies in PDF format, with instant download, sold through Payhip.
• Free products: the "The Purpose Reset" mini-kit and other free resources we publish.

License to use

When you buy or download a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it yourself. You may use it digitally or print copies for your personal use.

You may not resell, share, give away, upload online or redistribute the file or its contents, or use them to create your own products. Licenses for groups or churches, if any, are agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The texts, designs, covers, the Berht Editions brand and other content belong to Avos Ventures LLC. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership rights over them, other than the license above. The site content may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Nature of the content

Our products are material for reflection and personal growth from a Christian faith perspective. They do not replace pastoral, legal, financial or professional advice. We do not guarantee spiritual, personal, professional or financial results: they depend on each person and on factors outside our control.

Payments and delivery

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are shown before you pay. Payment and download are handled through Payhip, which may add taxes depending on your location. Delivery is digital and immediate. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or scrape its content in bulk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or lost opportunities arising from use of the site or the products. Our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

Third-party links

The site links to Payhip and to social networks. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where Avos Ventures LLC is formed. Before any claim, let us try to resolve it by writing to berhteditions@outlook.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published here, with its date. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
